Short of missing the kids and Kellie, yesterday was nothing short of one of those days that makes all the hard work, late nights and 4hr plane rides well worth it. I started off photographing my friends Crossfit gym in Seattle www.crossfitbelltown.com  If you’re ever in the Seattle area it is one of the most well coached boxes in the US and certainly wins the award for the most unique interior design. Being inside for 3 crossfit classes in a row left us wanting more so we took off east to Snoqualmie Falls back for a couple classes, a quick drink then to see the Mariners play (and win). Solid.

My only plan today…explore Vancouver, BC and get ready for the wedding on Saturday!
