I met my wife in 2001 and her warmth, Lousiana charm, laughter and positive attitude reeled me in. The icing on the cake was her Lousiana heritage. You see, Cajuns are pretty amazing. They are passionate about food & music,  still speak French, live off the land,  have never met a stranger and most of all…love to have fun.

Think of the best wedding reception you have ever been to and triple that. Cajuns can do it right yea!  The food is the stuff of dreams, everyone dances the entire time and stays until the very end. People you just met treat you as though you have been a family member for years.

Driving to Abbeville, La., I could hardly stand it for the 6 hour trip to try some mouth watering food and photograph one hell of a couple. Excitement and emotion are a understatement for this couple. The proof is in the pudding.
